I never received my item. The seller took an extremely long time to send item to post office. The Item was then given a track number where I could not locate where the item was. This made the process of receiving the item even longer! I asked for a refund from the seller and he wanted me to continue waiting until item was delivered. Then he wanted me to return the item before he would issue refund. I ordered on October 26 and it's November 20! I had to go through Esty to receive my refund from them. The item still cannot be located and is labeled "delayed". If I continued to wait like the seller requested there's no telling when I would be refunded, let alone receive the actual bracelet! I purchase from vendors from Esty on a consistent basis and this is the first time I've ever encountered a problem like this!

I ordered a bracelet with a charm at the end. I didn’t get that. And for the Store to be in Alabama it toke too long to arrive. I want what I paid for, it’s pictured with a charm and that’s what I expected.
