I purchased this necklace over a year ago and never take it off. Everyone is always asking where I purchased it. I will be placing a 3rd order as soon as I make this review for Christmas presents. Customer service is awesome! I needed to change the length of the chain on 3 of the necklaces in my last order, Ken replied the same day and my order was received on time.
